So messy..

Idk what to do cos I love them so much but they just make such a mess like poos and feathers and seeds everywhere. Whenever they're out of their cage I have to disinfect my whole room. I don't know what to do, I've had them for ages but I'm getting tired of the mess. Is it something that comes with having budgies that I need to just deal with or is there a solution? It's them in the photo btw.
